Quick and Easy Lentil & Hummus Wrap
Lentil & Hummus Wrap
1 whole wheat wrap
2 tbsp red beet hummus
3 tbsp lentils (drained and rinsed)
1/2 red bell pepper
handful of your favourite lettuce
Cut the bell pepper into slices. Then spread the hummus on the wrap. Add the lettuce before laying the sweet peppers and lentils on top. Roll up your wrap and enjoy!
I prefer to serve this as an easy breakfast or lunch on the go!
