High Protein Granola

1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp cacao (cocoa) powder
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp (ground) hemp seeds
2 handfuls pecan nuts
2 handfuls almonds
1/2 cup oats
pinch of salt

1.) Mix the olive oil, maple syrup/honey, cinnamon, cacao powder and shredded coconut together.
2.) Add the sunflower, pumpkin, and hemp seeds and combine again.
3.) Fold in the pecan nuts and almonds.
4.) add the oats and salt and stir again before putting it in the oven at 180C/350F for 5 minutes. Then mix everything and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Let it cool before eating. If stored in a airtight container, it can be saved for up to two weeks. Enjoy!

I prefer to eat this as a snack or put it on top of some yoghurt or a smoothie bowl
