"Beef" Filled Wraps

“Beef” Filled Wraps

300gr vegan beef mince
600gr mexican or chinese inspired vegetable mix
30gr tomato paste
whole wheat wraps
1 tbsp each of smoked paprika and cumin
1 tsp each of turmeric and dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Sear the vegetables in a pan until they are soft. Add in the spices, followed by the vegan beef mince. Stir this around thoroughly before adding the tomato paste. Let this simmer for 10-15 minutes before serving it up with your wraps. Enjoy!

I prefer to serve this for lunch or dinner
