Healthy Vegan Pizza

1 (magioni) cauliflower pizza crust
2 tbsp chimichurri
1/4 bell pepper
handful of fresh spinach

Cut the bell pepper into slices and sear them on a high fire until they are soft. Then it is time to assemble your pizza! Spread the chimichurri out evenly, after which you can add the spinach and bell pepper. Put it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180C/350F. Now enjoy your super delicious pizza!

I prefer to eat this for dinner, or even for lunch!
