Quick Breakfast Smoothie

1 (very) ripe banana
1.5 cups mixed berries
2-3 cups of water (depending on the consistency you prefer)
1 scoop (30gr) of protein powder (I prefer pea protein)
1/2 tsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp chlorella and spirulina powder
2 tbsp chia seeds

Put all the ingredients in a blender or nutribullet. I prefer to first add the banana, berries and water before adding the rest to make sure the ingredients don’t stick to the sides of my blender. But you can do whatever you prefer of course! After you’ve added everything, blend it up and enjoy!

I prefer to have this for breakfast
