Healthy “Shoarma” Wrap
1 medium whole wheat wrap
20-30gr curry hummus
handful of dandelion salad
1/4 package vegan shoarma (ca. 44gr)
Sear the “shoarma” in a pan with some oil if necessary. After this is done, you can construct your wrap: first apply some hummus, then add the dandelion, finishing off by putting the “shoarma” on top. Easy does it!
I prefer to eat this for as a snack or for lunch (double portion)
